All instock/RTS will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed on clearance items under clearance tab. All other RTS/INSTOCK you have 3 days to contact me about defects. Defect requests can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Defects will be returned at buyers expense.
All preorders ship within 4-6 weeks of the order being placed. When they arrive to you, there is a 3 day period to let me know of any defects. If anything is defective please email us at email@example.com.
If there's any product missing from your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we no longer have the item we will give you instore credit for the missing items. More often then not we have extras but in the event we dont instore credit will be issued.
There is no refund on any products. If there is a problem with your order please email us and we will do our best to make it right.
